TO THE FIELD.

ACI is coordinating the roof structure from the masonry bearing points through steel erection, substrate installation and dry-in. The sequence below documents the work as the pump enclosure takes shape at Reeves County ESD 3.

CMU shell

The pump enclosure rises from the foundation with the masonry shell ready to receive the roof structure.

Steel erection

Structural members are set, aligned and tied into the load-bearing masonry to establish the roof profile.

Roof substrate

The field team installs the roof substrate over the framed assembly, preparing a clean and continuous surface.

Dry-in

Underlayment brings the enclosure to dry-in and protects the assembly ahead of the final standing-seam roof system.
